DEPOSIT

The reservation requires a 50% first payment to secure the booking. Upon receipt of that payment we will confirm your stay.

The balance is due the day of the arrival, with a USD 300 refundable security deposit given back to you at departure upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit is non-refundable if the Client cancels 30 days prior the arrival date.
